Feasibility Studies

We are at your disposal for the development of individual image processing systems.

Despite our experience, we cannot assess the feasibility of every image processing task directly and without trials. In these cases a feasibility study should be carried out with your sample parts. Only if you and we have security, the applications will be realised.

For more than 90% of the tasks we find a suitable solution together with the customer.

• You provide us with test objects, good parts and bad parts
• We create the experimental setup in our technical center, using hardware components that are coordinated with each other for optimal image results.
• In the documentation, the results are listed for you in a comprehensible way with regard to the appropriate lighting, camera, optics, assembly options and system limits. 
• For complex solutions, we would be pleased to invite you to an appraisal, as well as an explanation of the solution and functionality.
• In the form of a quotation, we compile the costs of the system solution for you, taking your requirements into account. We break down all components and services in as much detail as possible and clearly delimit the scope of delivery.
