Universal Robots now offers extended warranty options for its robots through partner companies. A 12-month “UR Standard Warranty” can be extended 2x by another 12 months with the “UR Service360 Basic” service package. In addition, Universal Robots now also offers a “UR Service360 Advanced” service package. With service technicians on site, equipped with loaner devices and very short response times and should any device fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All robots purchased through VisionTools since 2017 are already covered by the extended warranty of 24 months from delivery and “UR Service360 Basic”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
