Universal Robot easy to control with V60
Lightweight robots from Universal Robot can now be controlled even more easily with the V60 image processing software.
Predefined software objects enable simple management of robot positions, commands for movement and control of the robot's own inputs and outputs. The status and position of all robot axes can also be easily queried.
The exchange of data between the camera system and the robot takes place via TCP/IP protocol. However, the user of the V60 image processing software does not have to worry about the structure of the individual commands. The positions and movement sequences are managed in forms with a tabular structure and can then be executed very easily one after the other or depending on conditions. The robot status with data on configuration, coordinates or error messages can be called up just as easily by the user.
This makes applications with inspection robots more convenient and quicker to solve than before.
