VisionTools expands at new location

Ground-breaking ceremony in Waghäusel-Wiesental

Waghäusel, 11/24/2017. The new VisionTools company headquarters is being built in the "Unterspeyerer Feld I" industrial estate. In the presence of Lord Mayor Walter Heiler, VisionTools Managing Director Alexander Tropf and a large part of the VisionTools workforce, the ground-breaking ceremony took place today on the premises in Heinrich-Hertz-Straße 7. The new building gives the company the opportunity to continue to grow dynamically and to optimise its internal organisation.

By the end of 2018, the two-storey office building with around 2,500 square metres for the more than 100 employees of Vision Tools and the production hall with a total of 1,800 square metres should be ready for occupancy. The building site near the old site fulfils the wish to remain loyal to the city of Waghäusel. At the same time, the new building will create additional jobs and considerably expand the extensive range of high-performance and efficient industrial image processing systems. The high energy efficiency of the new building guarantees sustainable management after moving in.

The new company headquarters is divided into a hall area in steel construction and an administrative part in reinforced concrete solid construction. In addition to offices, this will in future also house rooms for meetings, training courses and breaks.
